Terms of Use
Payment methods:
Shopline accepts the following credit cards for online payment: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Your account will only be charged after the physical product has been shipped or the virtual product has been created – unless otherwise stated or agreed in your order.
Reservation fees:
When paying by credit card, an amount equal to the order amount is reserved.
This amount remains reserved until your order has been processed and shipped by the online store.
Once the order has been shipped, the amount will be charged to your account.
The reservation period depends on the specific product or service.
Card authorization:
When paying by card, an amount may be reserved, which reduces your available balance.
If you or the online store cancels the order, the amount can no longer be charged. However, the reservation may remain visible on your bank statement for a while.
Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can cancel such a reservation.
When the online store processes your order and invoices you for the amount, it will be charged to your account and the transaction will appear in your account history.
All prices on the website include VAT.
Currencies used: Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD).
Shopline uses a secure payment server and the SSL protocol to encrypt all data. This ensures that your data is protected and cannot be read by third parties.
Delivery and Shipping:
It will take 7-12 business days for your order to arrive.
Shopline ships with Yanwen, Yun Express, PostNord and the Swedish Post Office.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the product.
You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or to the nearest parcel box.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item has been shipped, so you can track your delivery at any time.
Right of withdrawal (14-day right of return):
Shopline offers you a 14-day right of return for all products purchased via the website – unless otherwise stated in your order.
The 14 days start from the date of shipment.
The customer covers the return shipping costs.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods if you wish to cancel your purchase and return the goods within a further 14 days of giving notice.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to gunnhild@elewerk.com and clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase.
The condition of the returned product:
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics and function, you may be liable for any loss of value.
This means that you should test the product as you would in a store.
If the product is used beyond the normal scope, it is considered used, which may reduce its value. In this case, you may receive a reduced refund or no refund at all.
Shopline checks the condition of returned products.
Warranty:
This product is covered by a two-year warranty according to the Swedish Consumer Protection Act.
The warranty covers defects in programming, materials and production.
Complaints must be reported to Shopline within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. One month is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.
Reasonable return shipping costs will be refunded.
If the product has been handled or used incorrectly, the right to complain lapses.
Shopline will cover the return shipping costs within reasonable limits.

Customer service and data protection:
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. The data is stored in our customer register and can be deleted upon request.
To enter into an agreement with Shopline, we need the following information:

Your personal data will be collected solely to process your order.
The personal data will be stored by Shopline and deleted after five years.
When we collect personal data on our website, we always obtain your consent and inform you about what data is being collected and why.
Shopline's managers and authorized employees have access to your data.
Shopline is responsible for the processing of personal data.
We neither store nor transfer customers' payment information.
